Denjang soup with potato and tofu I used my mommy's home made Denjang. I made a stock from dried anchovy and kelp from Korea.
But really, how Denjang soup tastes heavily depends on the quality of Denjang.

So, I can't claim any credit for the success of this soup. All thanks to my mom.
I learned my lesson from my fellow student's mistake.
I learned my lesson from my fellow student's mistake.
In Korea, a professor asked who was the well-known chef of a class.
Some students pointed a student.
Some students pointed a student.
In a shy but firm manner, she answered "Kimchi soup."
The professor cynically asked her back,
"Did you make kimchi yourself?"
"No, my mom made it," she innocently answered.
"Your soup tastes good, ALL because your mom's kimchi tastes good," the professor made a snide/snappy remark. I thought her face looked somewhat satisfied with all her mocking. Rice Used a pressure pot. Mix lots of grains (brown rice, barely, white rice and sticky sweet rice. And voila, it tastes like rice.
Comment: Cisco loved everything, especially the harmony among the different dishes. Actually I was surprised they tasted so good, as I made the meat sauce randomly, hoping it's okay and created stir-fry vegetables, as my hands/mind went. Hopefully, when Christ and Jim visit, I could repeat this success.
Cisco enjoyed his meal with cold beer (sweet water 420 was accompanied)
